CluFlu was designed around one simple promise: what happens on your household's board stays on your household's board. This policy explains, in plain terms, exactly how little we ask of you — and why that's on purpose.
We collect nothing. CluFlu has no sign-up flow, no account, and no hidden data requests running behind the scenes. We do not gather your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, or usage habits. Every favor, offer, and fair return you log stays exactly where you typed it.
Because nothing is ever collected, there is nothing for us to analyze, profile, sell, rent, or share. We don't study your household's routines for marketing purposes, and we never combine your activity with information from any other source. What happens on your board belongs to your board alone.
All trades, offers, and pattern notes that CluFlu generates are stored locally on your device using standard on-device storage. Nothing is uploaded to a server, synced to a cloud account, or backed up to our infrastructure — largely because we don't run infrastructure capable of receiving it.
CluFlu does not integrate third-party analytics kits, advertising networks, or behavioral trackers of any kind. We don't embed software that reports usage statistics elsewhere, and we don't share information with partners or data brokers, because none is ever generated for sharing.
Since CluFlu works entirely on your device without transmitting anything over a network, there is no remote database to breach and nothing in transit to intercept. Your device's own passcode, biometric lock, and encryption are what protect your CluFlu activity — the same way they protect everything else you keep locally.
CluFlu does not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because the app gathers no data from any user regardless of age, it aligns with the spirit of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by design rather than by policy alone.
There are no accounts to manage and no remote data trail to request the deletion of. If you'd like to clear everything CluFlu has ever known, simply delete the app from your device — every trade, offer, and pattern note disappears instantly and permanently along with it.
If CluFlu's approach to privacy ever changes, this page will be updated with a new effective date and a plain-language description of what changed. We will never quietly introduce data collection without updating this policy first.
